Site-specific installation in the Peruvian Amazon, composed of biodegradable materials gathered and crafted in the Peruvian Amazon. Suspended from a tree and illuminated by soft, glowing lights, the work functions as a kind of altar—honoring the forest as a living, sentient entity. Drawing from spirituals ecologies an traditions, the piece invites reflection on interdependence, ritual, and the sacredness of the more-than-human world. It is a continuation of an earlier body of work exploring ecological intimacy and the aesthetics of care, evolving through ongoing dialogue with place, material, and community.
